We follow Wikipedia's guidelines and policies, including conflict of interest. Any edits we make will be disclosed on Wikipedia as required, while respecting the subject's and client's privacy.
WikiPageSpecialist helps individuals, businesses and organizations present their story accurately on Wikipedia — with honest advice, careful research and full respect for the encyclopedia's rules.
WikiPageSpecialist began in 2019 as a small group of volunteer Wikipedia editors. We edited in our spare time because we cared about the encyclopedia: improving articles, adding reliable sources, and learning the policies that keep Wikipedia trustworthy.
Over time, people started reaching out to us. Businesses, public figures and organizations wanted help creating or updating their Wikipedia pages, but found the rules confusing and didn't know where to begin. We realized our experience could help them do it the right way.
So we turned it into a service. Today our team of more than 50 remote editors helps clients around the world create, update, translate and protect their pages, working the same way we always have: neutral writing, reliable sources, and full disclosure of our role, as Wikipedia requires.
These principles guide every project, whatever its size.
We tell you upfront if a page isn't likely to be accepted, before you spend money.
Encyclopedic tone, balanced facts. No marketing language, ever.
Every statement is backed by independent, published coverage.
We follow Wikipedia's paid-editing disclosure policy on every project.
Clear expectations protect your reputation and your page.
